WHO I AM
It's been thirty years from the day I founded my first small business. Retrospectively, I now realise that most of my business ventures were just different kinds of adventures, or even a substitute for not travelling and learning more about the world, including its various cultures and people, experiencing life and its offerings in full. Therefore, travelling and learning about the world and myself has been the core of my business adventures as well, even if that was often only a side product.

For the last 10 years I've been given the opportunity to work with tens of global organisations across three continents; hundreds of people and teams eager to overcome their challenges and succeed. I've been lucky and grateful to have combined travelling, experiencing different cultures, activities and sports, learning from people about people, their habits, beliefs and hopes, fears and biases, conflicts and love.
I had the privilege to work with the most diverse teams you can imagine. This is how I found that there is a universal truth when it comes to success everywhere in the world: most leaders and organisations I got to know and worked with are extremely ambitious. However, what distinguished the most successful leaders was the courage to face and confront their current reality. And here is where my mission begins.

WHAT I do
What I do is very straightforward: I partner with founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs and simply help them lead the change they must undergo if they want to succeed in the long run. I mainly work on culture change projects and always have skin in the game. I usually work exclusively with one or two clients in parallel, as focus is essential in my work. In case I am currently not deeply involved in another project, we could have a conversation.
Aligning people's competences, behaviours, attitudes and mindsets with your strategic goals is easier said than done. My role is to observe as a non biased expert and identify or confirm the most critical challenges you are facing. However, it is ultimately you and your team who will have to take action and remove the roadblocks regardless of their nature. My role is to support you in that process.
What we often battle with is a legacy we are afraid to challenge, ineffective processes, good subject-matter experts but inexperienced managers, conflicting agendas or goals, targets perceived as unrealistic, missing or fruitless top-down communication, poorly implemented and misunderstood changes, personal animosities or open and unresolved conflicts on the leadership level and many more elements with huge impact on people's engagement and cooperation at all levels. Alongside you and your leaders we will have to name what needs to change in a fast manner, so our focus can be redirected to the customer.

I will lead difficult conversations with individuals and groups. I will confront your people with the current reality and will help them realise the benefits of change. I will help you build courage in your leadership team in order for it to take the lead. My role is to become a change catalyst, strengthen your leadership and amplify your voice.

And, throughout the process, we will cooperatively identify your future leaders, people you have to invest in and cut the diamond out of. Additionally, we will also pinpoint those who are dragging you down and then you'll have a decision to make...

I've got a few, but I will not mention them here. My "No bullshit" approach is worth more than all my formal courses. This is what I have come to learn in life the hard way by making mistakes and losing money, people and opportunities in my own businesses. I was lucky enough I did a few things right as well.

For seven years, I had managed a team of passionate professionals in organisational psychology and worked with senior leaders as coach and facilitator.
